No. A loan is a commitment and must be repaid. The amount borrowed is repaid in monthly instalments over the agreed term, with interest. The loan is exclusively intended to finance the project described in your application: a loan subject to repayment, provided the conditions of the agreement are fully complied with.

Amounts can be expressed in EUR, USD, CHF, GBP or TRY. You choose the duration in months or years, from 12 to 360 months depending on the loan.

After Approval and Payout

Once your application is approved, our team contacts you to finalise the offer. The funds are then released, and you repay the loan in monthly instalments over the agreed term.

No. Once the funds are released, the loan follows its course: monthly instalments are collected and you may repay the whole balance early at any time, without penalty.

  • Payment of the monthly instalments on time
  • Use of the funds for the stated purpose
  • Reporting of any change in your situation

Failure to repay may result in the loan being called in early and the guarantees being enforced. This includes, in particular:

  • Missed instalments
  • Use of the funds for another purpose
  • False statements in the application
  • Failure to keep the required insurance

In such cases, the lender may demand immediate repayment of the outstanding capital, plus late interest and any penalties provided for in the contract.
